Program Overview

The Getti’s Island Spyce Restaurant’s High School Internship Program is a fast pace internship that provides students with the knowledge and experience of working in the restaurant industry. Students will have the opportunity to work in food preparation, customer service, accounting, marketing, and more.

Students will work alongside full-time employees to gain knowledge and hands-on experience in all areas related to operating a business.

We accept students for the summer program and during the semester.

Each session last for 12 weeks and students can work up to 6 hours per day.

Eligibility

• Students must live in or attend school, boys and girls home, or boys and girls club in Bowie
• Students must be at least 16 years old
• Students must commit to participating full 12-week session
• Students must be approved by the school counselor
